I voluntarily, prior, expressly, and informedly authorize HELM BANK USA, Representation Office in Colombia, to process all the data provided here, as well as any data provided during the course of the commercial or legal relationship (if applicable), for the purpose of collecting, storing, verifying, consulting, using, circulating, and deleting, for the following purposes:

• For consultation and verification in restrictive lists, public and private databases; to comply with legal obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism, financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (AML/CFT/WMD), corruption, transnational bribery, and related offenses; provide information regarding politically exposed and publicly exposed persons;
• Sending communications offering products and services, conducting market research, sending communications of interest, evaluating and qualifying customers, processing and paying refunds, and, in general, sending commercial information, processing the personal data necessary to stay in contact for the effective provision of services, and performing other administrative and commercial activities essential to the corporate purpose of HELM BANK USA.
