1989
Helm Bank USA was formed in 1989 from the vision of our founder who was determined to create a financial connection to the United States for multinational companies and foreign nationals.
1995
Established Representative Offices to provide more personalized banking services.
2000
Celebrated Helm Bank USA’s 10-year anniversary with significant growth and consolidation as we successfully navigated Y2K at the beginning of the new millennium.
2010
We successfully managed the 2008 Financial Crisis with our strong work ethic, outstanding service and deep knowledge of the marketplace.
2015

A dream was born three decades ago, in 1989, to connect multinational companies and foreign national individuals to the United States. At that time, the internet was emerging and the digital era had yet to arrive.
Today, the digital era has arrived and transformed our world into something unrecognizable from only a few years ago. Mobile devices and the world of Apps have introduced seamless connectivity and “wallet” capabilities—sparking a revolution and igniting a profound change in today’s digital banking world. Reflecting on this catalyst, we are reminded that technology has been, and remains, the continuous driver of transformation, modernization and relevancy.
