Be Prepared

What You Can and Cannot Bring to Hard Rock Stadium

The Hard Rock Stadium Clear Bag Policy applies to all Miami Open events. Please review what you can and cannot bring before arriving.

Clear Bag Policy

  • Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are permitted.
  • A small clutch up to 4.5" x 6.5" is allowed per guest.

  • All bags are subject to search at entry.

Prohibited Items

  • Backpacks, large purses, and any non‑clear bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5".
  • Outside food and beverages (except one sealed water bottle under 1L).
  • Weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, and hazardous items.

Tickets

Your ticket provides all-day admission to the Miami Open, but access to our Cabana Suite is limited to the session specified on your ticket.

    1. Open the Ticketmaster email with your tickets and click “Accept Tickets”.
    2. Sign in to your Ticketmaster account using your email and password. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account, click "Sign Up" at the bottom.
    3. Your tickets will automatically be accepted.
    4. Tap the top left “Menu Icon”, then select “View Tickets” to add tickets event.
    5. Choose the session you want to add.
    6. iPhone users find tickets in the "Wallet" app; Android users find them in "GPay."

Please repeat the same steps outlined earlier, to accept your Parking Tickets.
 
 

 
Cabana Suite 107A

Access and Location

Guests will enter using the South East (SE) Gate to access the cabana suite.

Helm Bank USA's Cabana Suite 107A is located inside the Stadium Center Court.

Guest may enter suite 1 hour prior to match starting time.

 
 

Etiquette Rules


Seating in the suite is first come, first served. There is no assigned seating, so we ask that you please refrain from reserving seats for extended periods of time.

We kindly ask that you limit your time in the suite to the duration of your respective session.

Guests invited to a Day Session are requested to vacate the suite once the matches have concluded.

This will allow us to prepare the suite for our guests invited to the Evening Session.


In order to maintain a comfortable atmosphere, we request that you keep voices at a low level while in the suite.

This will ensure that all
our guests can enjoy the matches in a relaxed and welcoming environment.













Food

 

As a guest of our Bank, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy food and drinks inside our cabana suite.

Also, a world-class dining and beverage fare will be available throughout the tournament, as the Miami Open offers an expansive array of international cuisine and flavors.

Parking and Rideshare


Parking

BLACK GA - GATE 1A OR 2

  • Black GA arriving via Florida’s Turnpike (NORTH or SOUTH) should take Exit 2X. Keep right, then turn right to enter through Gate 1A or 2.
  • Black GA arriving from Northbound/Southbound 27th Ave should turn east onto NW 199th Street and proceed east, then turn left onto Turnpike Access, then left again to enter through Gate 1A or 2.
  • Entering Hard Rock Stadium: Stadium Court and Tennis Campus entrance is located at the SE corner of Hard Rock Stadium.

Rideshare

 

  • Rideshare drop-off is located at Gate 18.
  • Rideshare pick-up is located at Gate 17.
  • Entrance is located at the SE corner of Hard Rock Stadium.
